Delivery time
These will vary according to the volume, design and fabric of the product. But as a general rule, for regular styles for which we can purchase standard fabric, we need about 20 days to prepare fabric and accessories. If the order is less than 10,000 pieces, we normally advise 40 days, if the order is more than10,000 pieces we advise around 50-60 days.

Returns Policy
Sometimes we might not prepare enough fabric, because we pick up unqualified ones and threw, the final quantity of garments will be less, we will let our customers know this situation right away. If customers ask for enough quantity, we have two solutions:
1. If the fabric is solid dye, we buy ready ones from market, we make more garments and ship them all.
2. If the fabric is printed, we will make digital print instead,we make more garments and ship them all. We always send shipping samples before shipment to make sure customers accept garments. If customers find some unqualified ones when they receive, we have two solutions:
1. We return money right away or with next order payment.
2. We make more garments and send, if the fabric is solid dye, we buy ready ones from market, if the fabric is printed, we will make digital print instead.
HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
This will typically depend on the type of sample but might take from 7-days for regular products and up to 21-days for a more complicated projects such as developing new print designs. At GB we pride ourselves on the fast turnround of samples, as we understand the importance of this in helping you make an informed decision on a potential new product.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Usually we do not charge for samples. However, for more complicated products such as new print designs or fresh dyed fabrics, where we incur extra fees for dyeing and print development, a small fee will be charged.

HOW DO YOU SUPERVISE THE PRODUCTION PROCESS?
We have in-house staff who oversee production at our partner sites and will send you regular production updates, including photos of your products. Prior to shipping, we will also send samples for you to verify and confirm quality. If you have your own QC in China, we are happy to work with them according to an agreed production plan.
WHAT IS THE STANDARD ORDER PROCESS?
Firstly, we work with you via designs and samples, to confirm the correct product. Once the product specification has been agreed the order can be priced along with an accurate production timetable. Signing of the contract and payment of a deposit will then trigger start of production. We can typically produce between 5,000 to 50,000 pieces of any garment per month.

DO YOU PROVIDE A RETUREN SERVICE?
Yes, we always take responsibility for our goods. After you have received your garments, if there are items which fail your quality control, we will refund you the cost of each item (up to 100 pieces). Where there are more than 100-pieces which fail your quality control, we will manufacture replacements for you at no cost. You do not need to return the failed items to us.
